Mission Statement:
The mission of the Faculty of Forestry Alumni Association is to provide opportunities for its alumni to participate in and contribute to the continued growth and development of the Faculty of Forestry, to recognize alumni contributions to the Faculty and to society as a whole, and to promote interaction among alumni through programs that enrich their professional and personal lives.
Goals
- Acknowledge and celebrate the 100+year wealth of knowledge and expertise that the U of T Forestry Faculty has established.
- Create connections between past, present and future graduates, staff and faculty.
- Facilitate with the Faculty room for dialogue for the many facets (i.e. the many competing and various understandings) of forestry as they exist today.
- Promote activities that will bring Alumni and current graduate students together
- Through dialogue and improved communication determine what the Alumni want

Objectives
In order to advance the effectiveness and interests of the University of Toronto, and in particular of its Faculty of Forestry, the objectives of this Association shall be:
- to promote the interests of the Faculty of Forestry in the University of Toronto;
- to assist in the development of Faculty of Forestry policy, by representing the concerns of the Forestry Alumni in the appropriate faculty and university forums;
- to work with the Dean and the Faculty of Forestry in the promotion of the wise use of forests;
- to pursue financial means directed towards the education of conscientious individuals in the wise use of forests;
- to encourage professional and social fellowship among its members;
- to help create and maintain a close relationship between alumni and students of the Faculty of Forestry;
- to help increase enrollment at the Faculty through effective communications
