Web Event is an On-line Reservation Program that the Faculty of Forestry uses to reserve rooms and equipment.

To reserve any of the rooms and or equipment please select the item you wish to reserve and then click on "Go to Calendar" .

• A calendar will be displayed showing you the current reservations of the room or item you wish to book.
• If the date you want is available just click on the "+" sign, a new window will appear.
  • Fill in the title of your event.
  • DO NOT FILL IN THE "TITLE IMAGE URL". This should be left blank.
  • Fill in start and end times.
  • Fill in a brief description
  • Fill in your name and your email address.
  • Finally click on "ADD".

IMPORTANT--once you have clicked on "ADD" your reservation is complete. It will NOT appear immediately on the calendar, John McCarron or
Ian Kennedy will periodically login into WEBEVENT and approve all outstanding requests. If your event does not appear there is no need for
concern, the item and time is yours and cannot be reserved by anyone else.

You may now proceed to making your reservation by clicking on the WebEvent logo below.
